Pork Tonkatsu
Ingredients:
Boneless Pork for Scallopini
Gluten free flour (or gluten free pancake mix)
Beef stock (to replace egg wash)
Kelloggs Corn Flakes Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Steps:
1. Wash pork.
2. Rub pork with salt and pepper.
3. Cover in flour.
4. Dip in beef broth.
5. Cover with crumbs.
6. Deep fry in oil until golden brown.
7. Let dry on a rack.
